The first three songs of the album are out now as the “Medicine” EP - and they offer a look into the world of raw, emotive, enchanting R E L . "Medicine" is a story of self love and healing intimately connected to my own journey of healing and embodiment.
" The record is about release, softening, angst, embodiment, hope, love. Self love is the foundation of peace. So many of us, myself included, have struggled with or struggle with some form of hating self. If we hate ourselves, how can we really love another?," shares the artist.
