A revival of 90’s alternative, US lo-fi alt rock outfit NEWSKI releases new single 'This Love Is A Fluke'.

"'This Love is a Fluke' is a comedic take at self-loathing, loitering, and perpetual aimlessness. The emo perpetrator throws his very own solo fireworks party in hopes of self-distraction, subconsciously not caring if he blows his own finger off.

When meditation is too hard, the next best thing is to get in the car and just drive, sometimes around the city, but sometimes all the way to New Orleans to visit some medicinal voodoo and sell a part of your soul to the tarot card lady in exchange for ten minutes of peace."

'This Love Is A Fluke' is the first single after the recent release of new album 'Friend Rock'. The durable three-piece will hit American, European and South African highways for a 100-date touring year behind the new LP.

NEWSKI enlists a friend/musical influence on every track for their forthcoming LP. From veterans like Matthew Caws (Nada Surf), Brian Vander Ark (the Verve Pipe), Ryan Miller (Guster), Miles Nielsen, and Scott Terry (Red Wanting Blue) to overseas acts like H Burns (France), The Secret Beach (Canada) and The Shabs (South Africa), NEWSKI compiles an internationally collaborative album from his own tiny house in Wisconsin.
